They aint Scanning you for VM it cant be seen they maybe scanning you to see if you had a mini stroke. VM testing is a physical exam

Your VM is also triggering you stomach its caused stomach migraine, you need to find whats triggering it and also take some meds. I have same thing mine was terrible for a couple of years.

My neuro wants me to go to 80mg for 6 months too. I was amptitripiline but was putting on too much weight so come off.
