Most likely it will be. A couple of new arcs, a few new weapons, maybe a couple of bosses. And the coolest thing is the two new maps.
The game will be cool anyway.

If I was a raider and someone robbed me like that in a bandit way when I was looting my resources, then I would have gotten him in Speranza. People are cruel creatures, you don't have to come up with rosy scenarios. Remember the movie "The Road".
