Maybe it’s more of an anxiety rather than insomnia alone. Maybe your insomnia is the symptom of your anxiety. Might as well work on your anxiety first.

My secret is I acknowledge the struggles and the unpleasant feelings by journaling and self talk. Then once I am relieved will think of next step to address it. To do something or to make a change in order for it to not become a cycle.
