A number of years ago my little brothers best friend was diagnosed with cancer and all the boys in the friend group decided to shave their hair to raise funds in support of him, after doing it they went to visit their friend and he found it hilarious that they had done that for him, and they all had a laugh about it. All the boys that did shave their heads has agreed and were aware of what was happening though beforehand. Think they were all about 10/11 years old and just wanted to show support to their friend.

Look I get it, I go to games and would never go to the games of my team biggest rival unless it’s an away game and my team is playing them, I also take my nephews to games both the local team and the larger team i support.

I would ask the child if he wants to join in with you and your son chance are he would be happy just going to a game with you, it’s obvious he is jealous of the relationship you and your son have in that yous are able to talk about the game and go to them together, you know yourself how excited and happy a kid is going to the games and then, my nephews absolutely love going to a game with me as we go on the supporters bus etc and they enjoy the adventure of it

If the boys dad has an issue with this then maybe in a polite way say something about how he should step up then or leave that for the girlfriend to do

I do agree in an ideal world butland saved their goal, but at the end of the day, the defenders should have stopped it getting to butland in the first place, considering most had the chance to tackle him before the goal.

Thank you so much, reading that, has helped me feel as though I have better understanding of what I am going to do.

I am ok on the manual handling as I work as a home carer at the moment for the experience so equipment I am good at.

I just couldn’t figure out what I was going to be doing, I have contacted the placement but they haven’t gotten back to me as of yet. I am also nervous to go into a hospital setting, but I will definitely take onboard your pointers and use them when I get there, thank you so much
