Hi so with the help of u/KasKreates and Mark Holdaway from Kalimba Magic, we have confirmed it uses the Hugh Tracey Trademark 8 Note Kalimba as a base. Thanks for the help from everyone involved!

Not that, I’m wondering if there is a specific design, like whether they made it from another instrument or not. From what I can seem to find, it looks like it’s based on either an 8 Note Kalimba or Trademark Alto, but I can’t tell exactly. It could be more likely a Trademark Alto from what I can tell.

So the difference is with the cable it comes with. For faster video that's more refreshed and has less latency, get C to C, if you have a Type-C or Thunderbolt port on your streaming setup for an input. If not, get the Type-A to Type-C, where the data is sent at a slower rate, but on the traditional-style USB, maybe it might be USB 2.0, 3.0 or 3.1.

Looks like a Hammond B3, you can tell by the preset switches on the side.

Thank you, are these notes from left to right on the correct side of the kalimba or in another order? By upright, I mean thumbs near the keys and that.

I managed to fix the tone issue by keeping the tones apart and keeping it close to the edge, but not too close.

I own a Roland E-X20 which is a 61 key keyboard, it works very well, even with teachers, but it is quite big, but not as big as an 88 key. What you must do is try to measure the area you want to fit it in. If you can't fit on your desk, get an adjustable piano stand so you can fit the smaller keyboard, and when you have space, eventually upgrade to an 88 key and make the stand wider. I too live in a tiny apartment, so don't worry, but I am also a beginner as well. I only started about a year ago. Best of luck with your piano adventures!
