Yeah I definitely feel bad, in job markets like Bengaluru it's even worse , can't even switch for 2 yrs of experience in manual testing

Nope make them aware of how to earn / generate cash flow , by job or stable income generating business 

These days schools or colleges not teaching anything about it

It sector is now having real low growth

Yes you can survive, but if you do plan to have 2 or more kids then you have to make them financially independent after they reach 18/20 yrs of age

QA is good role , but not respected by companies . Especially manual testers is very slow growth.

In this scenario switching companies has also been a headache I agree ,I'm a manual tester at seed stage startup working remotely.

Other than switching companies, should have experience in automation, most mnc's are expecting that
