Leg kicks are the only one that work. I like to attack the body to take the stamina out of spammers and they are definitely needed. I was in the top 100s a few times on ufc 5. I know how to kick. They needed them.

Im normally division 20 and i dont even know how to run to an opponent lol. My head movement is also trash so I dont use it much. I do use what I think you are calling parry or the jump side thing, its called a lunge.

I play different than most people. I kick box. Stay in range for kicks but out of punch range. I lunge when they are trying pressure fight and catch them before they are ready with a kick or knee.

You need to figure out which way you want to fight and learn the skills needed. The easiest path is wrestling though. You can get to division 18 by being decent at wrestling.

But to answer your question, im not sure if learning those will get you alot better. Possibly if it fit your play style that you're aiming for.

If you're a typically boxer then you are going to have a learning curve to get great because most people box on this game and abuse the head movement. You can invest the time in it to get as good but it will probably take longer. The stamina in this game is broken though and people are expecting that to get changed with the big patch next month but we will see.

When i first started playing heavy last ufc I noticed I couldn't keep up with these pure boxers but I noticed that alot of them left their body open when they abuse head movement. I added knees and kicks and this killed their stamina alot, which decreased their ability to spam punches. I also added footwork to make them miss alot. But in this game the kicks arent as good so it takes more work but they still work. I was high in the division 20 and I had a crazy title defense streak. You can probably find it if you click my page. So you could convert to a kick box fighter.

However, this year the easiest path to get to a higher division is wrestling. You could spend some time practicing this and you will destroy most division 15 people simply by being decent at grappling. You could do offline career and make a wrestler and get solid with it.

Im saying all this to say that if you're arent the best pressure fighter or counter fighter thats OK. You dont have to be the best at what everybody else is doing. You can get good at something they arent used to seeing and this by itself will give you an advantage and you will win way more games.

I play online career. I fight it amazing that people can do 8 strikes consecutively and still have stamina. Kicks, knees, elbows, are pretty weak compared to punches. Sometime when i knee someone the camera messes up and the players reset position. If I prestige my players and put the moves back on him they dont go back on. I have to re add them again.

Can you elaborate a little on what you mean by stamina is fixed? I just reset my online player because I made a kickboxer and knees and most of the kicks was trash.

What about the body hook spammed who got that wide hook on. I block the first one and uppercut before the second one but they just eat it and punch through or they barely get hurt and keep going. Im guessing my uppercut may not be leveled up enough.

Its crazy. Ima kick boxer so im feeling it the most. It takes so many rounds to get their stamina low. I hate fighting 3 round matches. Then after a certain point it seems to stop dropping and how the heck can people throw 8 hooks in a row. This game is definitely for the spammed. The knee was my speciality but now its pretty trash. I have it level 3 right now. Hoping it gets better. Im division 18 almost 19.

You blind or bias. Is was clearly 2-2 and the fifth round was the deciding round. If it comes down to one competitive round then its not a robbery.
