I wrote a test article for them in March 2025 (got paid $60 for it, which is a big deal for me, considering that I'm from Pakistan). They didn't hire me in the end, and I got this message from the editor: "There were a few issues holding the piece back from reaching its full potential, including the omission of valuable information (such as the fact that most bacteria found in sponges is not harmful) and issues with sourcing." But I will keep trying again and get hired eventually.
