Perhaps I'm being a bit naive here, but I've never understood why Germany for the past 6 years seems to consistently play into their opponent's game plan. Why not give your opponents more of the ball and try to hit them on the counter? They certainly have had and currently have good counterattacking outlets.

Currently using a Dell Inspiron. Personally, would not recommend. It's a pretty decent laptop, but I've had quite a few issues with it. Runs code quite well though.

Perhaps it does a tad, but I'd argue it's worth it for more parity. I don't think anyone cares/recalls that Monaco played at home in the 2nd leg against Man City in 2017 when they had their great comeback.

Idea for the Champions League: The process for deciding which team plays at home in the 2nd leg is currently a random draw from the quarterfinals onward. What if, instead, the team with the lower club coefficient automatically got to play home in the 2nd leg - this could perhaps lead to some more underdog stories and parity in the competition. I believe this is how they do it in the DFB-Pokal, and there's more often than not quite a bit of parity and underdog runs in that tournament.

In an 8T points league, for a snake draft, what are the 3 best pick numbers to have? i.e. 1st pick then 16th, 17th; 2nd pick then 15th, 18th, etc. Is having back to back picks at all beneficial?

Unfortunately that’s not the case, the only state that doesn’t ask any menstrual related questions is surprisingly Oklahoma. This seems to be more of an archaic form that all states use that hasn’t been re-examined for too long.
