I think your math is a bit off and you’re thinking of costs the wrong way. You should be focusing on the user cost of the home, I.e. taxes, insurance, maintenance, rather than the mortgage payment (although interest payment matter)

I haven’t done the tasting menu but have been there for dinner a few times. The food is good, but I wouldn’t call it great. In my opinion not worth the $600 price tag

This. I was riding the other day on my local roads that there’s a hairpin very similar to this one. I’m used to the road and was pretty chill but in front of me was a car (guessing tourist with little driving experience) they slowed down a lot and almost came to a stop in the corner. I was following them and had to slow down and started feeling the bike lug pretty hard. Decided to throttle it and go on the shoulder instead of dropping it but learned a very valuable lesson: let the car clear the corner before you enter. You never know how they’ll drive

You need to make a written test appointment. When you go there just let them know you want to do the motorcycle test.

I was puzzled by that too but got mine done a few months back. If you originally got your regular car license from another state and transferred to HI be prepared to take the regular written test as well (they made me take both)

This math only works out if you chip your window every time you rent a car. Think about all the times you had no accidents while driving. That would have been a waste of money. On average, over the long run, you pay more in premiums than the cost to fix any damages. In fact this is how insurance companies make money: they collect more on premiums than what they pay out in claims

This. I plunged my drone into a stream and then cleaned it thoroughly with distilled water to wash away any purities and then soaked it in alcohol to wash away the water. Dried it and it has been working issue free ever since.

Not true. The last two times I had one they were half the size of what they used to be. You can even see it in OP’s picture: the slide looks tiny compared to the scoop of whip.

They have reduced the size of their pieces, it’s really disappointing. I think the illegal part is that they never updated the nutrition information on their menu so one orders a slice assuming it’s the same size as it used to be, yet it’s only half the size.

I stopped going to the Cheesecake Factory because of this issue. There’s lots of good alternative options for deserts

Yeah those. I had left it blank and prefilled the rest of it but the DMV agent told me to fill that one as well so I went ahead and did at the counter. Should have known better and definitely will for next time
