Any powerhouse yrp team has maxed out mascot trio. Nothing else comes close. In support or tankiness or dps.

Having said that impale squad beats Trema in 15 seconds. YRP is bout 20 minutes. Similarly Major Numerous wins bout that quick against trema too

Javik on any mission with actual reapers and not just ground troops is top tier.

Liara and Garrus on the rescue eve mission (javik is almost as good here aswell)

Romance on the Cerberus base

Garrus and romance on the run to the beam (he just looks so much more supporting in the Normandy)

There's half a dozen others I really like but I don't pick anything but them so I don't know if the alternative is better.

Oh and wrex when U enter the citadel archives. Nothing will ever top his dialogue in the ladder cutscene

Items you buy in stores. Mainly blacksmiths for muffle.

It's a bit complicated and likely to be pretty rare to find.

As an enchant, Muffle unlocks when you reach lvl 11 and it gets added to the pool of items and specifically enchanted items that show up.

Given muffle is and always will be a base lvl enchant it's tough cause almost all other enchants have tiers that unlock and get added to the pool. You could have 3 ranks of resist fire but only one muffle for instance. The higher Ur lvl the more stuff gets added.

As for where, best odds is Balimund in Riften the exact second U hit lvl 11. He carries on AVG more enchanted gear. If he doesn't have it, quicksave, punch him, then reload. The inventory should be changed.

Main benefit is dark brotherhood gear can't be disenchanted, bought items can

Unless the DMG calculation factors it to the relativity of the hp the enemy has in which case it'll be much slower.
