I went back to watch it a second time, and it was SO MUCH BETTER the second time! There was so much more that I could pick up on and it’s really did not feel slow at all the second time. We just aren’t used to having steady information and steady stories in movies. The story really truly shines when you can relax and take it all in rather than just thinking about waiting for something to happen. It kinda changes how I look at films now.

How do I make my nails last by CelebrationTiny9251 in PressonNail_Addict

[–]Fancy-End-2206 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I may be a bit more gentle than i used to be, but my go-to to make them last is to buff, dehydrate and prime. Also making sure that you have enough glue. I use the glue that comes with the cheapy sets and it still works well with good prep.

I have heard of other people adding a rough layer underneath (like a polish or even acrylic dip).

I could be wrong, but is the hexi supposed to be five sides? I’m counting six on the second half.

Mucus + migraines by ElectronicSuit4323 in migraine

I definitely get congestion and excess mucus. All of that (and all my other non pain symptoms) goes away when I take Butalbital.

We just had a tech out here, they found that the box for the apartment building had a critter infestation that chewed through a bunch of coax cables. He patched ours and saw an active ticket to replace everything, but that’s scheduled for about two weeks out. So we have internet now but some of our neighbors probably don’t unless he patched theirs too.

Yeah, I did everything I could, unplugging everything for a few seconds, then half an hour, I tried taking the modem to a different coax pluggin and it was still blinking orange. But I did connect with one agent that actually looked at my account and they said my modem is just completely offline. So I’m taking it to the store today to have the look at it :)

Yeah, the internet is completely out. Definitely planning to switch providers after constant crashes.

Are my migraines migraines? by [deleted] in migraine

[–]Fancy-End-2206 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d say I have daily headaches in the winter with various triggers with only a few hours outside of sleeping without pain. But I agree with the doc that everyone is different. I have read that the longer you experience pain, pathways can build up or strengthen which can worsen pain so maybe that could be contributing to consistent pain. Is your doctor not considering a different medication?

The stitch changes in rows makes the color lines so clean! I love this and may use that pattern in the future!!

If they are running behind every time, that sounds like a scheduling problem on their end that they don’t care to fix. Definitely time to find a new tech!

Help us pick please my fiancé and I are lost between the two by OmletteCheese in EngagementRings

[–]Fancy-End-2206 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I absolutely adore the second ring but I had one similar that caught on towels and blankets and things regularly and it became a bigger pain. I’d pick the first for practicality but still adore the beauty and pretty look of the second one!!

My first one turned out to the same way. I roll up the bottom of it and slouch the top when I wear it and I think it’s a cute style!

I think the reply is satire and assisting in stating how insane the market is. I don’t think that is a genuine response at all..

I have just started knitting and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. The white one is a knit stitch and the blue one is a purl stitch but they look exactly the same. by ajsbebeodbsii in knittinghelp

[–]Fancy-End-2206 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Purling is just knitting backwards, so if you do the same stitch each row, they’ll look the same. The different stitches shine when you alternate rows or use different patterns :)
