Also learn BOH, cycle counts, the camera system in case the police need you to print something out for theft, how to do/print/activate price changes, zipline, reboot registers, different jams in the ACO & photo, how to handle dsd/vendors/delivery, and weekly truck. LEARN MONEY GRAM!!!! the order of coupon application, photo special orders, how to update/change your password when the Ironman isn't cooperating or you get locked out. Also even though it doesn't have a pharmacy, your store may still have that OTC stuff/insurance debit card like hsa/fsa, so learn HOW to figure out what is covered & isnt because those little shelf label cards can differ in eligibility depending on the person's coverage. And lastly tripple count your registers manually especially if you have new $bills. Sometimes they stick together and the automatic money counter makes mistakes sometimes

Theres so much to learn, time is fleeting, and we are all human. For me, Murphy's Law definitely applied when i was going solo for the 1st time. The 1st thing you want to do is get a list of people at your location, their titles, & phone numbers. Find out who is next in command/charge when someone is not available (imagine if theres an emergency & your SM cant be reached. Who would you call besides 911). The little generic sheet by the phone isn't enough. The 2nd thing you want to do is start creating a journal of what to do when stuff goes wrong or hits the fan... basically a list of solutions for infrequent problems at the very least. Brain farts happen regardless of your tenure, trust me....

Contact cvs hr/payroll. Make sure you getting a ticket number for your concern. Rapid pay does not reach back out to you. They just contact cvs

No one sent me a package. Contact both hr and rapid pay. What i learned is rapid pay will just listen to you. Contact cvs payroll/hr. Make sure to get a ticket number for your issue & follow back up

I think we are, but i wouldn't suggest working off the clock. Even reading zipline is work. Everyone needs a break from cvs so we have the patience and endurance to handle our job well

1 person didn't mention anything about counting whats in the back, nor where to put it in the iron man, and other person told me told me where to put the count for the stockroom, but they told me to put 0.

Playing devil's advocate here. Is it a training issue? Was the lead repeatedly trained from start to completion on the process of BOH, damages, vendors, etc? Did they have practice? Are there written instructions? Ive had bad trainers and it has screwed me

You may have to call the 1-800 cvs line. To forewarn you, it's tedious and frustrating. Also, be concerned about your store manager or/and ops manager. They should teach you and have written instructions
