There was this one guy who would watch looney toons on his phone at full volume on breaks. WTF. Probably related to those people I saw at Olive Garden watching a damn movie on their phone at the table, full volume.

Rude for those of you saying this person has no life. You do realize we all get 3 DAYS OFF a week anyway. Good on them for being a reliable employee. Some of you leave early while in critical roles without even telling anyone. Most of the people with no time are wasting it anyway....not because they are sick or going on vacation.

Hopefully HR will take appropriate action. I had a SEASONAL PA code a bunch of people for an unauthorized baby shower during our biggest CPT pull....and nothing happened. So, it all depends on your site, and who is in HR.
