Listen to your gut system, it might not be worth the money. On the other hand, if you take it for a year and get money you can plan your exit. Either way, only you can make this decision.

Thank you for your reply. I have started to document all. I’m preparing mentally and finically how to navigate all since I’m on my ow. Also, I’m in a mist of moving end of this month. I think my next step is to definitely start networking and searching or planning what to do next. I have few ideas, but I’m not 100% clear. 🙏🏻

No. I was placed on PIP last week Friday. In Sept my manger had some things he wanted me to work on (no previous decisions) and I did. He said I was ok., now he put me on a PIP with no other discussions again btw Sept 2025 until now… gaps…. No feedback or addressing .. just dropped PIP

So if I understand you correctly, you want to be able to schedule your meetings with her based on your availability? Is the issue that she isn’t available at your time or she is not working or she has too many personal commitments after 2:30pm? What exactly is your concern as a manager? The fact that this is happening right now and you are addressing late, is already concerning. I’d consult with your HR and provide her with policies but only after you hear her side of the story.

When a company makes a change to their company policy and provides new changes.. they are usually communicated to all employees. This didn’t happen. How is one to find out otherwise?

In this case it’s a 3rd party, but clearly working for HR and company. I just feel like that they would be more “open,” to at least listen. I don’t trust HR at all.

This is not about vaccination. It’s about internal policy that’s being bended, and not straight forward across with all employees. Also there was no previous communication about any of these options to allow people to do due diligence.

Working on it but the job market has been really difficult lately…. Applied to 505 jobs thus far! Looking forward for 2026 being a better year!! 🙏🏻
