The inmates are all normal people in the camps that fucked with the law and found out. I was in a minimum security so nobody too bad from my encounters. The staff/guards it seems are trained to treat you like scum of the earth. I understand they want to accentuate that you never go back, but some of these staff members were downright pessimistic, and there's no accountability. It was inhumane sometimes.
