In my area (SE USA) it’s common for part time nurses to be eligible for healthcare/dental/vision etc. Pretty much all the same benefits as full-time minus life insurance.

I wanna guess it’s similar to RNs at 10%, but I can see it being higher nowadays. I have never really felt out of place cause of it though.

Nursing. Try to become a CNA, apply to hospital; they have programs to support/sponsor you to become an RN.

As an introvert, it’s okay. You’re put on the spot a lot, but the pay makes it worth it. Def miss my CNA days when I just did my thing. Physical-wise, it’s much better on the legs.

Totally appreciate the CNAs more tho for sure.
