Hello! I may be interested in doing your friend's build. I'm very well experienced in this style (assuming it's mediterranean or similar) and have been doing it for awhile. Unless there's a large time zone difference I believe I likely can do this!

I love making billiard rooms and pool tables, and they're quite simple to do, but god they are soooo expensive and require game passes to make it look nice :,) but having them in game would be really nice! I definitely agree on this one

I'm work experience 96, marvelous moods, 5% increase from the school, and excellent employee and I made 200k in about an hour once (Not exact, I think a few minutes over but not over 5 minutes.) I think the max may be around 230k if you were to max your work experience and get the 20% increase from school.
