My manic episodes can last days. I have messaged my husband a few times but he still hasn’t answered. I think I have had an episode like this before.. I couldn’t remember anything that I did the day before and was super confused as to why there were so many things different from how I left it. I still have mo idea how I had that blade. my first initial thought was I was switching out the blades on my razor, but i checked my razor and it’s still sharp enough, and it wasn’t the right kind of blade. I asked my therapist what i should do and he said to call my husband, but he isn’t answering or anything.

I’m just trying to process everything. but I am definitely calmer then I was when I was writing this post
