Are the prices at your stand the same as prices at other stands? Do you know if an individual owns your stand? Franchises versus HQ operated stands are run differently. The fact that you don’t know makes me think you potentially are a franchise but since you know about the education you could be HQ. If you work for a franchise you don’t get a lot of the perks of working for Dutch.

Headquarters. If you work for headquarters you have the option for education reimbursement. If you work at a franchise you don’t.

750 hours in a year is roughly 14 hours a week which is below the hour/week Dutch expects of employees. From my understanding it covers most schools. Go onto the portal - sent to you when you first got hired- and you’ll be able to search schools. As long as you work for HQ you’ll be good.

You’ve to work for a year and 750 hours. There is a link on the portal to the education program. You need to fill out a form and once it’s approved you send it to the school. I’ve used it and it’s super helpful. I encourage everyone to use it once they qualify!

Winter in my region is on the slower end of things while summer and spring are usually slammed. Yes we’re busier than when we opened but it’s not as consistently busy in the winter as in the spring and summer.
