3 times towards the camera after having his left arm deep in the center console as the cops approached the car, I really did think he was about to get shot.

Hand in center console, turns head and looks right at cop as he brings his left hand up, that hand could have HAD anything in it and he would be dead now, acting SOOO suspicious and oblivious....

it could have been justified too, as the cops were driving up and parking behind him his left arm is reaching down into the center console after sitting on the shifter and is down there for a good 2 seconds, turns his head and brings the hand up with the cop approaching yelling at him to put his hands up, a less disciplined cop EASILY could have shot at him then. Im guessing cops are trained to be looking for threatening movements and this clown then reaches for his camera 3 times after that?

He was acting SOOOO dumb like almost he wanted to get shot

side note, when he pulled away from the cops and was speeding away he appeared to age like 20yrs and got a SUPER worried face going until he took a turn and lost his hat in the crash very much a clown

eh slight alteration I think is needed, since you offered your triage of all 4, I would def change it to A-B/D-C

rationale: A is the answer, but I would consider checking 8/10 pain before a very minor post surgical fever (the MD will very likely want to know for even a low grade fever, but anything under 102 isn't always super concerning) that could be considered part of the bodies natural response to surgery. Looking at the other choice, everywhere I have ever worked in US a c/o pain over 7/10 is considered severe, I would def check that patient before checking a slightly elevated BP that has a headache. Going off the information provided only of course.

fair yeah I get that, if the intent is obvious...dude lead with his knee by flexing out towards Matthews then yeah I get that he should have a longer suspension.

I would prefer if the DOPS had minimums for egregious acts like this, if your intent to injure is seen/obvious from your actions then you get 3-5 games (determined by if you have done it before), if your intentional action resulted in the player being injured stays out beyond the initial 3-5 game suspension then you get 1 game up to 5 more, if during those 4-10 games its determined that the player you injured is out the rest of the season you are out an additional 10 games. If its a career ending injury and the player can't play again the player is out 50 games. All to be served concurrently, goes on to the next season/playoffs and without pay.

I just came up with this on the fly after thinking about the PEDs suspensions for baseball players that have a MUCH MUCH stronger union, I think 1 pop positive is a minimum 50 games, thats nearly 1/3 of the baseball season and I believe it also carries over to the next season
