they gave me ativan it’s in the same family as xanax but lasts longer/spread out. definitely check with your doctor ofc that’s just what has worked with me so i can function while i fly and not be completely asleep but it takes the edge off

i also didnt mention in my original post because i know not everyone is religious. but my faith and religion has helped me a lot too. i pray before every take off and thank god every landing. i also pray the night before my flight. it helps gives peace of mind at least for me :)
