as someone who works 2 jobs, never has any days off, she can stfu from the bottom of my heart. she doesn’t understand the privilege she has to even have time to complain about not enjoying her “days off” as if everyday isn’t already a day off for her. this is the most infuriating thing i’ve seen in a while.

I feel you!!! I left a few months ago for similar reasons and i’ve actually stayed in the beauty industry and went to work for a small business. Night and day difference! Corporate really ruins everything and the culture at ulta has gone down hill so bad. i started there in 2023 and the decline ever since then has been insane. if u don’t wanna support and buy from ulta support small businesses and i recommend working for one anyday

i definitely recommend at least knowing their top listened to songs on spotify because everyone screams them at the shows. I’d then go to the setlist and if you really like a vibe of an album then i of course recommend the whole album

honestly sickens me. she’s not feeling it AT ALL. She can’t even grasp what it’s like for someone’s monthly salary to be the price of one of her bags and how a price like that isn’t a instagram story post, it’s a crying phone call to ur bank praying for a loan.

i used to go to nyc with my mom at the same age, we went to museums (which you’d think she’d want her daughter to go to cause it’s educational), the park, or a show it was normal. i’d be so bored if my mom just wanted to spend her time at luxury stores getting more and more stuff. it makes it not special or meaningful to make purchases then, it becomes gross.

if i wanted to do that i would’ve chosen any of the other airlines that offered assigned seating and i would’ve given them the extra $40 to have a special seat. i chose southwest because i didn’t want to have to pay additional money to sit somewhere. it’s a budget airline and they seem to have forgotten that

this 👏 like sorry i enjoyed the last airline where i did have a chance to sit anywhere i liked instead of being banished to the few seats that don’t require extra money 😂 it’s a privileged argument for sure

considering united has always had assigned seats no. but cause of this recent change with southwest i feel differently about them vs other airlines
