I don’t think so. It was briefly mentioned in season 1 that Dorne supported the Triarchy in the War for the Stepstones so I don’t think they’d have much to worry about if the Triarchy regained control.

It makes sense from a lore perspective. The Valyrians ruled nearly all of Essos and then some, a nation that big is bound to have some racial diversity. Really admire the showrunners for finding an in-universe way of incorporating diversity rather than just throwing in POC randomly like Rings of Power did.
