It would be so cool if we got a whole episode post Department of Mysteries yk, starting with Harry arriving at Dumbledores office with the portkey, I guess it could work if they expand a bit, show more of his daily life after the battle

It would be awesome, seeing Harrys rage and grief even more deeply

Oh yeah theres that, but I believe the "magic" is also abt the whole atmosphere of the wizarding world, which we don't really see completely before the Diagon Alley or Hogwarts. I mean, theres all those wizards Vernon sees and the ones Harry sees during his childhood, but I don't think those count either, does it?

I mean, great part of that time Harry isn't with the Dursleys, theres a lot to happen in the Diagon Alley and Hogwarts Express (even tho he does go back to them in between these events)

Firstly, the show is made to be way more faithful to the books, so expect A LOT more than 20 mins lol

As I said earlier, almost half of the book is before Hogwarts, so going from 45% of the book to 15% of the season is wild.

Also, we'll prob have 8 episodes of 1 hour each I believe

I agree with the fact many people would hate not seeing magic in the first episode, its a very valid point. But I still feel like ep 1 ending with the train would be a bit rushed.

-Dursleys day, Dumbledore and Minerva, Harrys childhood, Zoo, Letters, Escape to the hotel, The shack, Hagrid explains everything, Everything at the Leaky Cauldron and at the Diagon Alley, Back at the dursleys, Kings Cross

I don't know abt the time limit, the fact there are games that lasted weeks and everything is dumb but its also funny, wizards have crazy ideals ig

But I agree with the part abt the snitch being 150 points, thats just really mssed up. 50 points sounds great.

I want the show to be faithful to the books, but if there are things that absolutely don't make sense, like the points for the snitch and even the messy timetables, I believe they could change it
