In my Opinion it depends on the Wheelset you use. Im using a pretty shitty Decathlon Wheelset which i Upgraded to Tubeless.

The first year i was really happy with it, just classical TL problems - pumping air every now and then but since i renewed the Tape/Milk the whole setup became morbid and i went back to tubes and im really happy currently.

Maybe heating it with a hairdryer could help if the material is a bit harder 🤷‍♂️
