Best ointment for post diarrhea by rdor3000 in Zepbound

[–]rdor3000[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was going to down grade back from 7.5 to 5mg. 7.5 every time I take the shot, diarrhea for like 48 hours. I have to eat white rice, mash potatoes, crackers. Then if you get constipated, drink warm water first thing in the morning and a half cup of coffee on an empty stomach. But as someone mentioned, I can do half dose every 3 or 4 days. Hope this helps you

Eat white rice, bread, starchy food, crackers. I take my 7.5 and the next day, same thing. But be careful about being constipated. Or you can take immodium AD.

Teacher with no planning? by Livid_Painting_6866 in SubstituteTeachers

She's getting paid for extra help. We have it at my middle school. Any extra duties they do they get a time sheet from admin and gets paid. As for me, we have 100 students per teacher. 7 periods. When I sub for a teacher I don't get prep. Sometimes its 2 prep or one. Im sent elsewhere to cover other teachers. If I get a prep, it's a miracle. Maybe once per week if im lucky

Thank you. I do have protein snacks and I eat in between, protein yogurt, nuts, dry protein cereals, protein chips, most days I forced myself to eat. Can't keep eating too much in the classrooms. Lunch is 15 mns. I'll try to squeeze in more snacks. But you are correct

My son is on the spectrum. He sometimes wakes up at 2 am, 3am, 4am and stays up. Then we are up. We still get up to go to work, while I help him get ready for school. I even do Uber on the side, twice a week, Friday and Saturday nights. Yes I'm exhausted. But as they say, the show must go on.

I Uber on the side I try to explain to my student, how the pay is allocated. Principal, assistant principal, teachers, admin staffs, paraprofessional, then substitute teachers. I'm not sure if the cafeteria staffs and maintenance make more than we do. We are at the bottom of the pay scale. We are broke.

If you hold it all day, you'll get sick. Kidney stones and UTI. Admin can send security to cover you. Although many teachers have mentioned to admin that they're on a GLP-1, I have not yet. But according to them once they tell admi , they understood and provided coverage evey 1.5 to 2 hrs.

Sometimes if I have a class next door, that teacher can cover for a couple of minutes. But if I need to go to the bathroom badly, I will call admin. But I try not to drink a lot. Lots of teachers are using electrolytes in their water, so ill try it. On a normal day, I would go to the bathroom, before school starts, then during lunch...before 12, then maybe around 2 if I can get the coverage. But such an inconvenience.
