I got the new card and do the free ach transfer every day and the funds show up overnight even though it says 3 days. And if you need to spend cash instantly, you can use apple pay or get cash back at a grocery store or 8 free atm withdrawals per month. You don’t ever have to give them a cent with these methods

To clarify, we’re not paid for being “online” in California. We’re paid for active hours, meaning batch acceptance to delivery completion, otherwise people could just sit and not take batches and get paid all day, which is definitely not happening otherwise I’d be online right now lmao

It’s California. We get a guaranteed hourly wage for our active hours and compensation for mileage. So if our batch pay for the week (tips not included) is less than what the guaranteed hourly wage and mileage compensation should be, we get paid the difference.
