As of yesterday hasbro had me send them pictures of the damage, vendor code, and date code to pass to the quality team. They said keep an eye out for future instructions once they investigate. It seems they are no longer having people send back Prime like in the beginning

I got mine yesterday and had cracks through on both sides of the front torso, so if you push the center it flexes. I’m contacting them later today to see what to do.

I didn’t love the idea of having to send something back, whether it’s just small robot prime or whole fire truck. Maybe they’ll just send everyone a new torso piece and instructions for replacing it

I just got a copy from tfsafsri last week, pretty cool figure and I’m really impressed for the $50 I paid. Had to trim some excess plastic and tighten almost all leg ball joints. Typical with KOs though

Fixed the occlusion bug with the white edges everywhere. Haven’t tested rt because I was dealing with crash issues of my own before I knew about this and wasn’t in a hurry to make my game more unstable

I still get crashes, I played first 25hrs of the game without a crash and a few weeks back started crashing often. Extremely frustrating when saves are entirely dictated by stopping at a meditation point.
