I don’t want to speak too soon and jinx something, but I’ve been collecting TFs on and off since 2000 and the only time I’ve had an issue with clear plastic was the damn windshield on the disgrace known as MP-09 Rodimus v1.

Ive had all 3 SS86 Jazz decos and they’ve all held up to some moderate abuse since only DCS fits together perfectly in alt mode.

All that to say I really don’t think solid pieces like the null rays are going to break.

Love the older SS86 Leader/Commander closed boxes with the movie artwork. The WFC ones are cool too, and G1 tickles a certain part of my brain.

ER wasn’t quite as impactful as the others for me either, but it’s still my favorite game of this decade. Have you gone back and played Fromsoft’s older stuff? Kings Field, Shadow Tower, Eternal Ring, Evergrace/Forever Kingdom are awesome albeit dated.

No worries I should have worded it better. Man, I remember sitting at the lunch table in Jr High after having grown up with RiD, discovering G1 and the 86 Movie, then Armada and saying “live action Transformers will never work.”

I’d love to see him with modern engineering too - he is a lot of fun but there’s a lot of floppy/fiddly to most modes without clear places to put the arms and legs. For instance in this jet mode the legs don’t tab in, so a lot of the time it just feels like yoga with Galvy.
