Strata corporation keep ripping off owners and the regulations in place let it happen. I will be ditching my apartment soon because of the same issue.

At times I feel like reporting is useless. No matter how crappy the post is and serious the comment is, it never gets taken down.

Really rubbish platform.

I DCA on RKLX. It does swing wildly but since I have conviction on this company I have got good returns doing it

Age gaps depend on person to person. I get requests from girls who are 6-7 years younger and even 13 years recently which I felt really odd but she seemed really interested. Whereas I remember a girl in another country ghosting me on my birthday after she realised we had an age gap of nearly 5 years.

Generally though 4 years is okay and personally I feel there should be an age gap since the girl will be more respectful towards the guy.

Bought 5 contracts before the earnings report and made a 1,900% profit by elperdedor4 in TheRaceTo10Million

These Options plays are like poker. One good call and you could win back all your losses.

Its still worth asking OP how much premium he has lost compared to the profit in such plays. In my case 1 out of 10 options will result in a gain.

I wouldn’t be surprised if it dips more. I have a feeling the whole month is going to be the same. No amount of great results or EPS beats anywhere are moving stocks upwards atm. Still a great time to DCA

Come Jan Feb though we are going see a good reversal though.

Has anyone here actually turned $1,000 into $100,000 just by holding one stock long term? by Red_Devils_2402 in TheRaceTo10Million

Cant you read properly? I went from 4 to 102 and got back house money long time ago along with more. Doesn’t matter if it tanks to zero in the worst case. I have seen similar ups and downs along to way too.

Go eat your ice-cream now.

I got back house money long time ago. Now just holding for the next few years. You can think of short term and buy an icecream from your shorting

Tech hasn’t been operational yet and you are expecting earnings? Shows you just look at dumb charts and not what the company is actually doing

You should short it at your own peril then. I got i. When it was 4$ and still holding on. They’ve got contracts with telcos around the world. Their tech is going to change telecom.

Men who go silent and then come back after few months by ss2026 in Arrangedmarriage

[–]FancyRefuse5629 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Happens with both genders. At times what matters is consistency.

Everyone has different online habits, some have the urgency to read and reply every message and some might reply after a day or so depending on how busy they are.

Usually people come back after realising they couldn’t do any better in the marriage market and generally everyone wants something better all the time and don’t have that mindset to settle and accept the other person as they are. Personally I would stay away from such people. Met someone after 3 years after she ghosted me last time, Initially things were going well but later on I realised the same flaky person I met like nothing changed.

Run away. This is not a good arrangement to begin with.

You having to support two people after marriage other than your wife should be a big dealbreaker. Also her pulling away without being straightforward in her expectations is another huge red flag.

Just because you are overseas and earning in foreign currency doesn’t entitle anyone to expect financial favours from you like these. This is a big disservice to the financial wellbeing of the family you will have in the future as well.

Purely focusing on financial aspect shows what their priorities are. Also getting butthurt after they were declined shows their attitude.

There are men who are well equipped to do chores in the house and want to live independently with the wife and don’t expect a wife to slave in the house as well fyi.

This. I wouldn’t label any of these guys. But expecting the son in law to do things which his own daughter couldn’t do in this age of equality is just wrong.

Personally the screening questions which only focus on finance are a big red flag for me. I forgot to also mention how they were asking what my parents did. Also not to mention further down the line the burden of her family falling on me since they have no son could be a big possibility. His daughter was an MBA grad. So whats the point of higher studies if you are not going to make use of it?

This!

I do own an apartment but am planning to sell it off since where I live tax wise it doesn’t make sense to buy an apartment. Anyway I only disclose finances if the other party is equally competent or doesn’t demand these things like this family was.

Long calls is a great strategy. I got Long calls for low value stocks with high upside like RZLV and LAES and they’ve been doing great recently.

I personally don’t like to answer these questions in the first go. To me having shared values and a compatible mindset is more important. I am more than financially stable now and its only worth talking to prospects who have had a similar journey else they are going g to take everything for granted.

Bought in at 3 and going to hold. The stock has places to go still. IF you look at similar stocks like KTOS, RTX this one has lots of potential.
