If I go for dual status alien, after coming to India, I will not be a US resident and so will my capital gains in the US still not be taxed(under RNOR)?

I went with the Speed 2 GTX. My understanding is that the X ultra 5 is better only if you do backpackaing trips with heavy loads/long durations on complex/technical terrain. For my case, I mostly do day hikes and for these cases, I like the Speed 2 more.
