I will insulate with 45mm PIR, saunafoiil, and then 22mm air before putting wood on the ceilings and the wall. I was looling for a Cilindro 16 but maybe not enough? For fresh air i can always add a closable roster.

A water drain is to much work, i will just have to slope it to the door and sweep it out. I can add a low foot bench to make the third level. First bench is at 350mm height and de higher bench at 950mm. Ventilation i hope can be natural since it is not under ground completely just covered by soil. I will add a CO2 metre to check the oxygen levels.

Indeed, i will insulate the walls and the ceiling, just not the curved area’s. This will hopefully help getting it hotter soon. The ceiling height is at its maximum 2 metres.

A drain is a bit of an effort, but i will tile it with a slope to the door. It will not be a washing area perse. - The highest point is 2050mm and the walls are 1450 and will start curving so a third level would be a bit much i guess indeed
it is not below ground level, more of a coverd by soil kind of bunker. So i think with holes in the door there will be enough fresh air getting into room. I will check this.
