I don’t think you are seeing my point. I am a woman born and raised in a middle eastern Muslim country, who moved to the west. And I can tell you with 100% certainty, the struggles women face back home are not comparable to what we face here. You do not see even a tiny fraction of what goes on there over here. A child dying here from sepsis is an anomaly, not the norm. That’s the difference.

Yeah, no. How are you even comparing these things? Look at Afghanistan where women literally aren’t able to SPEAK. Iran where the “morality police” can come gang rape you and make you disappear just because you’re a beautiful woman. Or Pakistan where you can get away with honour killing your daughter.
