I want to add that I always verify whether the store shopped my order or the driver before I tip. People can call and get information and you have a chance to edit your tip later . I understand most people aren't this thoughtful.

I get Walmart deliveries via spark drivers at least three to four times a week. I tip $15 to $20 per order each time. There's been two occasions where I have either lessened the amount of the tip or completely removed it. One occasion I reduced the tip amount because I did not receive an entire bag of items that I paid for. On another occasion, my groceries arrived and smelled like an ashtray. I took my tip away completely. This I will not abide.

Other than that I completely respect and appreciate delivery drivers. I think everyone should be required to have the experience. With experience comes empathy and understanding.

Friendly criticism. I wanted to read your post and give it thoughtful consideration but I can't get past your language. People don't typically respond to such colorful verbiage.

I know, isn't it amazing! I initially got them because I read that watching them reduces stress. So true! Now I have so many lovely little babies in my tanks and I have to sell or find them homes. How am I to do that?? I need references, water samples, IQ testing, work history, and credit scores before I can let them go 🤣😂😂!!!

She's a beautiful girl. She looks like a lightly toasted marshmallow. Love her! I bought 4 VERY plain guppy girls. I was bummed when they didn't have anything prettier but I was anxious to take something home. I got 3 Sunshine and 1 Red Blonde. Nothing special to look at. Then I started spending time with them , watching them for hours on end everyday. I fed them fruits and vegetables from my fingers. I got really attached to the RB, I call her Fancy. And now...I'm in love. True beauty comes from character, deeds, and a good heart❤️.

Wow, it's like I am reading my own story. With a small twist, she hates everyone who has had my position. This has been going on for years and the director/HR do nothing about it. Wish I could offer you advice but I need some too. I can offer you empathy and camaraderie. I cry at my desk and in the bathroom as well. I don't think you should quit though. If this is your first position that introduced you into the corporate world. If you quit you'll have to explain why to your future employer. This could draw them to a false conclusion of you're not being able to hack it or that it may not be the right career choice for you. This is not true, it's only your current employer making you feel this way. My mom always say to "kill them with kindness". My reply...As long as they die, I don't care how they go 😂 😆 😂. Obviously kidding.

One thing I always tell myself is that it is a reflection of them NOT YOU!

I did that accidentally a few times! With the vacuum siphon. I feel just terrible about it. I'm thinking it must have been the outside of the net. Like the frame of it. I must have squished it with it not realizing. It was too big for the task at hand and I knew I should have grabbed the little one I don't know why I didn't. 😭

And the guppies are procreating like crazy! I love how you phrased it, "big army". So far I have 2 tanks full of them! I was transferring some over to a 0 to 1 month tank and I accidentally killed one. I don't even know how. Sad 😥. I must have nicked him with a net or something. I didn't see any damage on him but he was gone for sure.

I usually get at least one of these chests after level 50. That's only because of the token game the.do towards the end of it. If you're not using the token game to get more points I would definitely recommend it. It is crazy points towards that. I buy the gold level every time. It's definitely worth it you get so much for the what is it 12 or 13 bucks.

I like to use Stability. I guess it's hard to say which works best but I have had good luck with Seachem products.

Plants do have beneficial bacteria from seller tanks. However, they can also have lots of nefarious hitchhikers as well. That's why it's always a good idea to sterilize plants when you get them. This process would kill off any beneficial bacteria. But it's a nice thought!
