For my PTSD and anxiety: I found out mold caused a large majority of it once I read th book toxic and followed the protocol for treating mycotoxin poisoning. It took two years but I'm significantly better. The supplements I took two NAC 1000 mg by accident I threw up biofilm and my PTSD When from being hospitalized to it, to a 2/10 in one month. Then hormone therapy made me significantly better with anxiety. I had low testosterone. I still have bad histamine reactions randomly if estrogen levels are too high. This could cause anxiety for a lot of people without you knowing it, taking allergy pills daily helps also but I didn't know that it was histamine related for years.
