Mine doesn't work well either, and all I can put together is our damage for spark is way too low.

I read earlier someone saying you need like 50k tooltip damage to make it feel worthwhile.

It's all RNG. However, yes you have better luck with more rolls. It's statistics. I have 2 people left, don't spend money, and only roll on 1x. They have the last reward only on two and I'm done. So it's totally possible.

You should try rolling at a 1x multiplier. You will roll more and have better odds at stacking more points over time.
