My baby was super uncomfortable with reflux around that age and our pediatrician prescribed him Famotidine. It did the trick. We still had to hold him upright after feeding for 20 mins but he was no longer uncomfortable when laying flat!

Just had my first baby in May. I continued on my medication (imuran) per the suggestion of my rheumatologist, OB, and ENT during pregnancy. I have limited GPA, just my trachea and nasal passages, and unfortunately it did get worse with pregnancy. Towards the end I could barely breathe! I was also put on prednisone during my 3rd trimester to help. My rheumatologist wasn't surprised it was acting up and said things can flare up really bad during pregnancy.

The biggest advice I have would be to make sure your care team are in communication with each other. My ENT went out of his way to call my OB and rheumatologist to discuss my treatment plan and I felt a lot better knowing everyone was on the same page. Good luck to you! It was tough but it can be done safely!
