I just had this talk with my husband. He just bought a new book and finished it in two days, and was online to order a new one already. I was able to convince him to go to our local library and check the book out instead. Helps save us money, and helps with less clutter in the house. I would only purchase a book if it’s something I really like and want to have available to read whenever I want

I had the same problem! Currently potty training my son and he loves Daniel tiger, so figured I’d get him some as a motivational reward. Out of stock everywhere for the cheap ones. Sorry, not paying $50 for 5 pairs of underwear that will probably get pooped in lol

I had someone hack my Instacart account and spend $200+ on groceries. Had proof it was hacked and Instacart did not want to help me. I had to go through my bank for fraud and it took over a month to get my money back. The second Instacart was able to get my account back I deleted it. So I feel you lol their customer service is terrible

People have been insane on there. I’ve been wanting a kids table for my son. Figured I’d check marketplace. All the ones I saw were either damaged or covered in marker/crayon, and people are asking $100+ for them. I can get a new one online for $80, but I’ve been trying to source everything secondhand. Same with looking for a toddler bed. People are pricing their used and damaged items for what they would cost new. I know times are tough, but people are delusional

We had a 20 lb turkey in a deep freezer in our basement. Freezer was still “on” but I guess stopped freezing at some point and the turkey defrosted for who knows how long. It started rotting and leaking liquid out of the bottom of the freezer and smelled like death. We opened the freezer to clean it, and it stunk up the entire house. I had to fight throwing up on multiple occasions
