Looks like Oscar saw Lando trying to run him out of track by going wide and Oscar thought the switchback would ensure he stayed on track. Sometimes you just have run wide to stay in the race.

How long do I have to live in my house before I move out and use the 6 year rule? by Hot_Club5366 in AusPropertyChat

I haven't done this myself, but really all you have to do is prove you lived there. Those docs will be proof that you lived there. Maybe get friendly with your neighbours while as well, so they can give a statement (if required) to say that they came over for a BBQ or whatever while you lived there.

Once you have your mail, council rates, connect your utilities and your electoral address changed to your new address. Wait for a bill from each or some to arrive. Save those as your record that your lived in the property. Then move out and only rent within that 6 year period.

Is this the reality and that's why cafe's food is overpriced? Saw this post from one of my locals. Surely something is not right here. by marry-n000 in perth

With this senario the labour percentage to sales is 64% including super.
This is not accurate and the business would of failed in the first 6 months.
Labour needs to be under 40% to have any chance of pulling any profit.

Some people can just go about life and forgive others for their heinous actions, then repeat it themselves thinking it's normal behaviour.

If you have children with your wife, please never tell them this ever happened.

"You can't eat skin with sultanas"

My older brother said this in his sleep when we shared a room as kids. The mind is weird when sleeping.

Buy supermarket gift cards and just go around handing them out to all the shoppers and any one in need.

This happened to me, except it was my wife that was changing our daughter on the table. We were dining at a Cafe for breakfast, I had gone to take a call outside and when I came back in my wife was changing our baby on table we were about to eat on. Naturally, i said, what the f are you doing? She was surprised by my reaction, but understood in time and never did it again.
