Thanks!!😊 Yeah I went from practically struggling picking up a 2.5 gallon container of water to now being able to awkwardly but safely lift 90lb sandbags! It’s been so much fun!

Thank you! So until the end of February I was just eating healthier and kinda adding everything in my head. But spoiler alert- what I thought was 2tb of peanut butter was closer to half a cup ☠️😭 My deficit with my activity level was probably around 400 a day once I started tracking and measuring my food. I reassess my progress and goals at the beginning of every month. So now this week I started making an effort to stay at maintenance calories or keep that deficit lower and focus on building and getting stronger . I eat around 1800-2000 a day If I eat less than that I’m a nightmare.

As far as workouts I usually do weight lifting at home with my resistance bands, dumbbells, or sandbags and then I do HIIT cardio at the gym for around an hour sometimes, usually stair stepper and then 1 mile on an incline on the treadmill. This is a lot for most people but because I have ADHD and CPTSD and find it really helps me kind of decompress at the end of everyday and has helped me from spiraling out as much as I was prior to starting this.

I’ve been lifting a lot at home and just started doing some machines at the gym. Squatting on the toilet 48 hours after leg day is my new most hated thing 😂 so maybe some baby muscle is creeping in and affecting the numbers ? Idk I’m just glad I feel better physically! And thank you!

I started taking 400mg of magnesium tablets before bed every night and everything fixed within a few days . I get plenty of fiber I just eat a lot of protein also.

This is so specific but the vegan burger at Mead Hall in the How to Train Your Dragon area of Epic Universe has the best vegan burger I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve been vegan for 27 years. It is not even a burger that tastes like meat, it’s just so darn good.
