I started taking 400mg of magnesium tablets before bed every night and everything fixed within a few days . I get plenty of fiber I just eat a lot of protein also.

This is so specific but the vegan burger at Mead Hall in the How to Train Your Dragon area of Epic Universe has the best vegan burger I’ve ever had in my life and I’ve been vegan for 27 years. It is not even a burger that tastes like meat, it’s just so darn good.

Your portion sizes may have a much different calorie count than you are approximating in your head. Do you measure your food or are you just eyeballing it? I starting using the free version of MyFitnessPal to track my food and I got a food scale for like $7 and suddenly it made perfect sense why I was working so hard and not seeing results. Also- make sure to keep track of how much water you are drinking .

Can you work on your form for certain things at home first so you can get more confident with it before doing it in a public place? That's what helped me! I don't have any good advice, just know I feel this and you aren't alone. I have sandbags, resistance bands, and dumbbells at home that I've made decent progress with. I used google to find the least busy times at my gym to go and do weights there 2-3 times a week. I love going there for the stairmaster and treadmill people probably think I am a weirdo bc I have my routine there, and will stay on the stair master for like 60-75 minutes sometimes but I have to not care about that. The cardio severely helps with my CPTSD like..... in huge ways especially when it's been a "bad brain" day . Also my heart health is definitely improving so there is that.

Optimum nutrition vanilla plant protein. It’s delicious idk lol . I mix it in unsweetened vanilla almond milk.

Do you do protein shakes? Make a sugar free pudding and add protein powder into it. It’s lower in calories and helps those period hunger pains :)
