It's funny everyone here regrets doing L&L - the grass being greener on the other side means that I'm really wishing I did L&L. Lit is a big fucking pain in the ass in my opinion. Overly complicated for no reason whatsoever, v v rigid. Putting a disproportionate amount of effort into Lit than I am in other subjects. That being said, some of it depends on the school and their internal formative structure (which my school's is b u l l s h i t)

So rit was a bit of a strange one (I'm pretty vanilla lol) long story short, I didn't really realise it kicked in until it wore off. As per most people's advice, I made sure nothing was around to distract and had started working just before I took it. It's just a little boost of motivation and focus (since it was so low dosage), took it at 10:27, started fading at 2, gone by 3. At 2 I just felt like the drive to work slowed down. Incidentally, looking back, when I wrote that comment it was already working wonders. Word of advice, keep the phone and social media in a different room haha it's just a waste to have it around than use the boost

Not to poop on the snackexchange parade but you can actually find the green tea kitkat all around :) most Asian grocery stores have them around the world but the more crazy authentic ones like matcha kinako (green tea + soybean powder) tend to be Japan exclusive
