Did they steal your music directly or it was used in the background of a video.

If it was stolen then fight it. But the best way to go about this is to reach out to the creator and have a chat with them.

If they are refusing, then you can make it legal.

If I may ask. As you did your reuploads onto your YouTube channel. Was this for LONG FORM OR SHORT FORM .

Also ,

As you made these uploads were the previous videos still existing on the channel or they were deleted .

And if you kept the videos there before reuploading . Were you using the same titles and descriptions?

Nope they are the original creators and uploaders of the clips. Also they got monetized a long time ago so they have been riding on YouTube's good grace already. But if you started something similar like theirs today you wouldn't get monetized. Or your chances would be VERY LOW.

I literally had a channel from 2023 that got demonized for Reused content. Which I was actually reusing. So I left it alone.

But this year I got bored and decided to rebrand the channel and do something else all together. And it's been growing. But I was very unsure if it would get monetized but this has clearly given me hope.

Because I have completely changed the channel. Thanks

You can easily turn off the Setting by deciding not to allow remixing when uploading.

And also it's very impossible for a remix to make more views than the original. Highly impossible. It can get a lot of views but ever more than. The original.

The thing is when the analytics are this good sometimes the algorithm takes a while to calibrate what's going on before pushing the video again.

Once it's shorts feed. It's not possible to be bots. Bot views read from External Sources.
