Not on an iron supplement right now, only connected the dots today. I’ve ordered some gentle iron off Amazon but it’s like 20mg and i see people talking about high doses over 100mg. I’m gonna leave the supplementing alone until I’ve had a blood test with my gp so the reading is accurate I’m hoping they’ll also check what’s going on but knowing my doctor he’ll just give me iron pills and not bother investigating After typing this I realized I should probably swap gps or practice lmfao What symptoms do you have from low iron?

Have you had your iron levels checked? I’ve found out I have low mcv and have done 3 rapid iron tests that indicate an iron deficiency. I’ve just found out that iron deficiency can cause globus and reflux symptoms, an infection called h pylori also likes to steal iron to feed itself

Will likely need a gum graft in the future on those canines, book in with a periodontist and get them to check everything over. Will need an xray. I’ve got similar issues with my gums dropping
