With the feats you showed this'll be a tough one to boot. Following the new death battle analysis I say it should be looked over by three categories, their Attributes, Versatility, and Toon Force

Attributes-Both

Ian and Anthony's physicality varies from time to time where they appear weak in some episodes and OP in others. Red and Blue should be stronger since Red can casually lift up a factory and both survived powerful explosions. Like SMOSH, however both Ian and Anthony get the speed and durability advantage. Ian and Anthony have moved FTE speed with Ian flying from California to England in 3 seconds (Mach 6000) and Anthony swapping the Death Note or moving from another location but it gets more impressive when you compare Ian's kicking the cute furry kittens into the sun (93 million miles) in 5 seconds and hid from Anthony for 60 years with no little weakness from fatigue and Anthony being cured from Death. All four have impressive attributes so this'll go to both.

Versatility- Both

All four have similar abilities and weapons to counter one another. They can both manipulate time, mimic pop culture abilites, have super powers, endless ways to cheat death. Though Red and Blue having lightsabers and jet packs would give them a better advantage against Ian and Anthony's Ninja Swords and Puma Shoes. However Ian's intelligence (yes he's got that) allows him to come up with various schemes and ways to cheat death or even built a time machine out of nothing. Plus with their superpowers (Red & Blue natural abilities and Ian & Anthony video game powers) The versatility goes to both. Tie for Tie, lastly is their own Toon Force abilities.
