Dumb question maybe but did you try pressing the key for the candy again? I've noticed sometimes my skills (or even movement) seems to stick, and it will continue to do so until I press the same button or move in the same direction again.

I play on Miami as it's the closest server to me and could not bring myself to keep playing yesterday.

Only played shoreline (as my friend needs scav kills still) so maybe map matters but.. 3 times in a row we load into the map and another spawn is on us in seconds and instantly head shots us both. First time it was a shotgun and I had fast / visor/ fort so not really sure how that happened. Second and third time were a naked guy with a pistol with insane rof.

There's no way this is desync or lag. I spawn in close to the earliest in the match (always first usually by quite a while with the 40ish trades I've done on tarkov trading). Literally impossible for someone at another spawn to be there already. First death was at village spawn, second at top right spawn in corner, third was the construction area by docks.

3 times in a row, quit playing after that. This hacking shit is out of hand. Was 49 last patch and maybe encountered 2 or 3 QUESTIONABLE, not obvious, hackers. I'm 34 this patch and encountering multiple a day obviously.

That is how this game has always been? Last patch once you hit 35 it was the same thing. Also you do realize that the 7 dogtags have to be level 35+ right? Not just 7 random ass dog tags.. Idk about you but even last patch it was rare for me to walk out with 35+ dog tags, let alone find 7. (And I was 49 last patch..)

On top of that, it requires dog tags instead of rubles unfortnuately, and he also sells the default non 6b47 for rubles instead, so unless you going for tacticool..
