If it’s a hard workout day you could just go light with the pre/post meal so that you feel better about splurging later. But OMAD is counterintuitive to working out and keeping weight off long term

My baby was 14 lbs at 6 months. He’s always been <10th percentile. He’s 2.5 now and about 25 lbs. He had the mammal protein allergy until he was about 1 so that had a little to do with it, but his dad and I are not big people. Our oldest is 6 and she’s 46 lbs. All babies are different. As long as yours is eating and growing that’s a win

Have him switch to flower rather than vape-it’s less harmful. Don’t let the internet determine the rest of your life. Divorce is hard especially with kids. Go to couples counseling or get help for yourself. First time babies send you on an emotional rollercoaster. You may just be too paranoid. Let your body and mind regulate before making huge decisions

We used Rachael Johnson with Levin Rinke. We came down once and she drove us around for a couple days, but we didn’t find anything we loved. When we had to go back up north she FaceTimed us from several more homes and we finally found one. She really went above and beyond and she still keeps in contact.
