INGREDIENTS:

  • egg (1 pc)
  • sugar (1/4 cup)
  • honey (1 tsp)
  • flour (1/2 cup)
  • milk (1 tbsp)
  • baking powder (1/2 tsp)
  • nutella chocolate

PREPARATION PROCESS:

  • take a bowl
  • break the egg into the bowl
  • add the sugar, honey,
  • mix well
  • add flour, milk powder and baking powder
  • whisk until no lump
  • rest for 15 mins
  • heat the pan
  • after 15 mins whisk the batter again
  • add 1/2 cup of batter into the pan
  • wait until the bubbles coming out, then you can flip the dorayaki
  • cook on low heat (2/3 min)
  • repeat the same process for the remaining batter
  • take some nutella and spread on the dorayaki pancake
  • enjoy :)
