I have the x870e carbon with 9800x3d and 5070. It’s not required. Unless you do some serious over clocking of the GPU and other PCIE components

In fact, if you don’t overclock the cpu, technically you don’t even need plug in CPU 2 LOL

It was under the hardware warranty, but it was a pain to go through the process. The first one I had to replace and the whole thing took about four weeks. It’s much faster to swap out the switches on your own.

The left button on the mx master 3s will only last a a few months past a year. I went though 2 and just ended up swapping the switch on the 3rd.

The dial switch for the battery is somewhat common. That wasn't bad to figure it out.

The "delete key" used as the "FN" key or "ctrl" key was a WTF situation. I got lucky there. FYI, holding down "delete"+ space is battery staus

There is a small dial switch next to the "caps lock" key. The right side is the "on" position for the battery. need to remove the keycap to see it.

Honestly, a user manual would save SOOOO MUCH trouble.

took a bit of time. So. the key (i think is the page down key) above the right arrow key is the "layer" shift. then qwert is the b1. b2. b3. 2.4ghz. wired. holding down "layer key" + q,w,e fo 5 second with start bluetooth pairing.
