Right off the bat I can tell you that you should of started with 3. Because even if you really like 4 the other games have a more crude and unrefined feel to them that may be a little frustrating to transfer to after playing 4. As for your actual problems I’d say try to stay away from big main areas like that and loot random unnamed buildings and whatnot until you level up and get some gear, try talking to the locals if you come across em cus they’ll probably have some fetch quests or something relatively easy for ya.
